Ordering from JOSSNEY is easy!
Step 1: Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button in that product's description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button at the top of the page.
Step 2: Check out when item selection is completed.
Here you can enter the coupon code to get a discount. Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” if you are ready to place the order.
Step 3: Complete shipping and billing information.
Fill in your name, shipping address, contact information, email address. You can also choose to create a Jossney account at this step or not, if you do not register, you can track your order information by order number and email address.
Step 4: Fill in payment information and then click the CONTINUE button to complete the purchase.
We usually need 1-2 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date.
Once your order has been shipped, an email including your tracking number will be sent to you.
